Open Educational Resources
The goal of this project is to work with a coalition of evaluators and evaluation organizations to provide free evaluation, consulting or training resources to organizations and evaluators in developing countries.

Training resources could include classes prepared by evaluators in developing countries, and reviewed by a team including evaluators experienced in evaluation in developing countries, and world recognized experts at evaluation. People taking these classes could get a certificate of completion at the end of each class. Classes would be on the web in various formats such as powerpoint. For people with slow connections, classes are also available in html. Examples of classes would be: General introduction such as Introduction to evaluation, or Why evaluate? Classes could also be region or country specific such as Conducting evaluation in developing countries, Conducting evaluation in Africa or Conducting evaluation in Nigeria.

Currently the project is in development and we are calling for volunteers to participate, which could include preparing or reviewing on line material, managing any aspect of the project, providing technical support, participating in the email discussion group, or any other assistance that might be of interest.
